Country Western musician Levi Creek recently released his latest song “Trinidad”.
Excerpts from a Chronicle News article by Steve Block
Moving to Trinidad from Dacula, Georgia 13 months ago, Levi Creek has become very involved with Trinidad’s creative scene and has found a good promotional partner in Tom Davis of Tommie D Productions. As Davis believes, “There are some excellent musicians and groups working out of Trinidad, and I believe music is an important component of the local arts community and is a great way to attract more visitors to town.”Levi, along with his musician partners, premiered songs from their new album “Two Sides of the Story” and explained the song “Trinidad” to a captive audience at Brix on May 7th. “It’s a song about a cowboy on a cattle drive to Santa Fe who decides to stop in Trinidad. The second verse talks about the history and natural beauty of the Trinidad area. It’s a cool love song about a cowboy who comes to Trinidad and stays. He falls in love with a preacher’s daughter and finds a new life in Trinidad, where the food is good and the girls aren’t bad.”
